This is remarkably comfortable, in large part because of the headband adjustment. My guess is that it's going to prove durable as well. Washed once and it looks new. You can stuff it in the corner of a pack and it looks fine. I'd like it better if the "chin strap" were removable; it isn't a feature I use or like, but I can always cut it off.

Great Hat, Like the adjustable strap but could see where it could be a problem if you've got a big head! Bought it for my daughter who's a lifeguard and she wears it daily and enjoys it.

Love this hat. My wife is in the process of mending mine. I have had it for years and now it's about time for another. Use it everyday in the summer since I am outdoors on the farm.

I bought this hat for my husband to use when he works in the yard. We had to return it, because even though it says one size fits all, it was too small for his head. We were very disappointed as it looked to be the perfect hat for him. I gave it 3 stars because the sizing is not very accurate.

This hat is perfect for your outdoor treks. Kept the sun off my face and ears. I tend to burn easily so always need protection. It is not the most fasionable but it does what it is supposed to do.
