G.I. Type Folding Shovel

The folding shovel sold by the "military gear trail shop" isn't exactly the one that is pictured. The one they sell has a serrated edge and a darker shade of green. For me, that didn't matter because it is just for show and I would be just keeping it in a M-43 entrenching tool cover. If you're looking to buy an actual folding shovel for use, you might not want to get this one since the twist knob to secure the shovel into its unfolded position is plastic and the construction just doesn't seem durable enough for prolonged digging.

If you want a folding shovel just for show (just keeping it in a shovel cover for WWII/whatever costumes) this is great!

If you want a shovel that you can actually bring out and dig yourself a trench, probably not the best of buys.
