I love this stuff! I wanted something to use for keeping food hot/cold during transport. I just used a half a sheet to take some food to a Thanksgiving event and it worked wonderfully, heated in the microwave. I like that I can cut it to fit, and use it all the time with packed lunches. Easy to store the extra sheets, as they are completely flat until activated.

I have used these for years and recommend them over everything else that you can purchase OTC. They can be frozen, microwaved or just cooled in the refrigerator. They are very durable, long lasting and easy to activate, just immerse them in water and scrunch with your fingers until the cells fill with water.

Well worth the price.
