TravelJohn Jr.-Disposable Potty ( 6 pack)

I have to say that this ranks right up there with TiVo as one of the best inventions. I have 4 and 8 year old sons and there have been many times when we were stuck in traffic or nowhere near a bathroom and the boys had to go. I once used an old cup and the next bump I hit it spilled all over the van. Yuck. I was searching online to see if there was anything other then a cup that could be used in these situations. I came across the TravelJohn Jr. and decided to give them a try. We got them and I thought they looked interesting and put them in the car. Last weekend we had a cub scout camping trip. I put two of the bags in the tent in case my 4 year old had to go in the middle of the night. Well, at about 2am I had to go and the bathroom was really far from our tent. There were other people all around us so I was not comfortable going right outside. I decided to try the TravelJohn myslef even though I only had the junior version. I have to say I was so impressed I could hardly believe it. I did not even have to get out of my warm sleeping bag. I am a 41 year old heavy woman and I was able to use this product so easily. As soon as I went the solution in the bag absorbed everything and kept it from leaking at all. After I went my son had to go and he used the same bag. We then put it right by us in the tent and nothing smelled or leaked. As a woman camper, I was so happy, I told all of the other moms about TravelJohn and now they want to try them. I came home and decided I was going to order some of the adult bags to keep for camping and anytime I might need them. Today my 4 year old was not feeling well and I put him in the car to take him to the Dr. As soon as I started driving he told me he was going to throw up. I panicked and then remembered and grabbed a TravelJohn and gave it to him. He was able to hold it around his mouth and throw up in the bag with no mess at all. Holy Cow, I wish I had known about these things a long time ago. What a great product. Buy them and keep them in your car and by your bed for if you get sick. I would give more then 5 stars if I could.

As we potty trained our son, we were always worried about situations when he would turn to us and tell us he needed to pee. It could be anywhere. This product has been great. Gives him privacy and he can go just about anywhere. Now that he is about 4, we still carry one in the car as you can pull over but he doesnt have to get out of the car. Nice and neat.
