Lodge Logic Pre-Seasoned 10-1/2-Inch Round Griddle

I own a great All-Clad LTD Nonstick Grande Griddle that fits on my cook-top just fine, but unless I'm cooking for more than just a couple of people I don't feel like lugging it out. That's where my Lodge Logic 10 1/2" griddle comes into play. At a fraction of the price, the Lodge Logic griddle holds in the heat like there's no tomorrow so you can turn out pancake after pancake without waiting for the pan to heat up in between. My kids love my cakes and clean up is a breeze with the Lodge Cast Iron Scrubber Brush I bought as well. I'm looking forward to cooking omelettes like other people have mentioned in their reviews. I haven't had any problems with burning myself as others have complained about since I also bought the Lodge Max Temp Handle Mitt, Black and that works fine as well.

DOnt know if i dint know how to maintain a cast iron or what...but this skillet started rusting in a week after i started using it. Just saw a good deal and purchased it and I regret it now.

I used it to make pancakes. Spray a little bit oil on top, no stick, easy to flip. Three pancakes at the same time, fast and heat evenly. It is not so heavy, so pretty easy for cleaning too.

I have owned a round Lodge griddle for years and use it almost daily. It lives on the back burner of my stove for easy access. I use this griddle for grilled sandwiches, eggs, pancakes, and warming tortillas. Do let the griddle pre-heat to distribute the heat evenly and keep it lightly oiled. Clean up is a breeze and I don't worry about particles on non-stick chemicals getting into my food. Love it.
