WearEver Deluxe Aluminum Hi-Back Backpack Chair

Worked great to pack up and take to the beach. Needed a bit of help to put it on, but everything felt light to carry.

The chairs came sooner than expected - and in-time for our blues-festival.

However - we thought that the chairs were fairly uncomfortable .. and we had to constantly shift around, to try to get comfortable. Also ... you could not wear any "larger" type of hat ... as the top of the chair, kept knocking it off.

We were surprised that they were so user UNfriendly.

They're small in height - but other than that - I would not recommend them.

My wife and I needed nice beach chairs since we live in Florida and the beach is a destination at least two times a week. We checked brick and mortar stores, but the choices were either cheap junk or over-priced junk. So we ordered from Amazon and we are pleased. The chairs arrived quickly (about 1 week), are comfortable and fold up compactly and easily. We have already used them several times and are satisfied. Just one small complaint: The chairs are slightly heavier than I expected, but that's because they are so well-made. They aren't flimsy and are rock solid when you sit down. Buy these chairs and you won't be disappointed.

I purchased 2 of these chairs after reading the reviews.
They are very comfortable, and hold up to my 220lb. frame.
In the past I purchased beach chairs, but the backs would never hold up, and would quickly break under my weight.
These however seem very sturdy. I also like the large pouch, and the fact that it locks with a strap in the closed position. It also has back pack straps for easy transport.
This chair is a winner in my book, and it shipped for Free!

I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical of a chair with so many features and such a low price (under $40). And while the chair has performed flawlessly so far (less than 10 uses), I don't feel that the quality and construction will allow it to last for a long time.

The seat and backpack material is not very substantial and the seams all around the chair and shoulder straps don't "feel" strong enough to endure extended use and wear.

But in the meantime, I really enjoy being able to strap it on my back, load my "beach essentials" in the pack and ride my bike down to the beach!
