WearEver LR-4 Deluxe Backpack Lounger

Very comfortable chair to lounge in and to transport. But the maximum weight is 250lbs, according to the hang tag, not 275lbs as in the description by Amazon. I need to lose a few pounds, I guess.

I bought this on Ebay ('cause I didn't know Amazon carried them). I wanted some sort of chair that could fold down into something that I could nap in, and it had to be fold-awayable since the apartment isn't that big. During winter only the front room is heated and I often wish I could just sleep there (why waste the heat?) instead of the cold bedroom. And in summer, a mesh recliner seemed it would be the perfect solution on those hot nights. Looked around for those old lawn chairs with the nylon straps but couldn't find them. Found this chair and it was the right price--it's comfy, folds up so it doesn't take much room. Only 2 "cons"--(1) chair sets up kind of low to the floor, and (2) the cats won't fit along side of me in the chair so they both are on top of me. I'm thinking of getting another chair so we can have a matching set--yeh, dumb but there you are.

I was the envy of my buddies this summer when I brought along this chair camping. Most of them had the $10-$20 bag folding chairs and they paled in comparison with my WearEver LR-4 Deluxe Backpack Lounger. Kicking back after a long day of hiking in this chair is so very relaxing. Some may see it as a negative, but I loved how often I would doze off sitting in this chair. The cup holder is OK for cans, but it could use a little thicker material to handle 12oz brown bottles :) I am not a small guy but there has been no issues so far in terms of stressing out the fabric or hinges.

I am quite pleased with this chair. Light, strong, comfortable. My only wish would be that it was 4" to 6" taller, so as not to be placed in a near horizontal position. It would also be easier to get in and out of if it were taller.

I got this for my mother who is almost always on the go. She loves it and said that she would like a second one for whom ever might be along for the daytrips.
