It does its job: it carries liquid.
It does the job it is supposed to do: carry liquid. The one disappointment is that it occasionally leaks. I am careful about tightening the cap because I am afraid to mess up the threads on the plastic cap. Cleaning it is pretty easy: mix baking soda and water in the bottle, put the cap on and shake it. If you use it for something else besides water, good luck with the cleaning. After several weeks of use the outside finish still looks like new.

Great product, one had a defect
I bought 3 of these. I really like them because they are stainless steel and not plastic, they fit in the drink holder in the car. good size, not to big or too small. fun colors. out of the 3 I bought, the neck of one is messed up somehow so that the screw top doesn't screw in nice and clean, it's sticky and kind of shreds the plastic cap as it goes in. Other than that, nice product.

Didn't Like
Didn't like the water bottle, my 10yr old son dropped it on the first day of school & the bottom dented & split open.

WATER BOTTLE
I find it ideal for my purposes, am happy with the quality of service and the merchandise. I have 'retired' my old, plastic bottle and am pleased to be going 'green'!

Threads keep shedding...into my water!
As soon as I received my water bottles, I rinsed them several times under running water. I noticed black threads in the water while doing this, but wasn't too alarmed as I believed it could have been left over from manufacturing, packaging, etc. After one month of drinking from it, to my dismay, the black threads (which I think is coming from the cap) is still floating around in my water! And I didn't even know it because I couldn't see my water like in my previous clear, plastic bottles! I bought these bottles believing I would avoid potentially dangerous, invisible chemicals leaking into my water. How ironic and disgusting to know that I've been gulping in black plastic instead!
